Welcome to the Foot Co website. This is an online information service provided by the Foot Co.  This policy is intended to cover the uses for all of the Site, although additional conditions, restrictions and privacy policies may apply.

The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website.

  • "you", "the user" refer to the person(s) using this website as a paid subscriber

  • ICO means Information Commissioner's Office.
  • Cookies mean small files stored on a user’s computer or device.

2        OUR FEES

a)       One of our Directors has been in clinical practice for over thirty years and understands the that switching patient management systems is a major undertaking.  We have deliberately set out our pricing plans in a clear and transparent manner.  We have also chosen to be upfront about future costs to provide reassurance that once you have adopted our system you will not face unplanned charges.

b)       Customers who have enrolled on any limited discounted rates will remain on that rate for the period stated in any limited promotion. Thereafter they will revert to our normal monthly fee or they have the option to cancel

c)        Our price guarantee is that:

  1. We will aim to offer the bet value service in the UK within our business sector
  2. Annual fee review will take place 1st April annually
  3. We will never increase fees more than the Retail Price Index
  4. We will comply with UK tax law with respect to vat charges, this may result in vat being charged as required by law.

3        YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

  1. Your subscription to our services is paid via PayPal
  2.  You have the right to cancel your subscription at anytime
  3. To cancel your subscription please notify us by email subscriptions@footco.co.uk
  4. You must also cancel your subscription from your PayPal account as we have no control over your personal payment methods.
  5.  Upon cancellation we will prevent access to your data and suspend your account.
  6. We are required by law to hold patient data on your behalf even though your account has been cancelled and will only release information on a lawful basis.

6        ACCESS TO PATIENT DATA AFTER CANCELLATION

  1. We will endeavour to assist you accessing data for the purposes of legal information requests but we reserve the right to charge a reasonable for fee for this.
  2.  Any such requests must be made in writing by email to our DPO at DPO@footco.co.uk
  3.  Where specific patient data is requested by you or third parties, such requests must include a signed declaration of consent to data sharing by the individual patient.
